I eat, drink, and sleep thinking of ways to make you as excited about training as I am. I have hand picked my instructors personally to give you the best service to help you reach your goals. All of my instructors train with me personally at least twice a month. We discuss new and exciting ways to service your needs. All my boxing coaches have had to box in competition at least once. Kick Boxercise Instructors have other certifications as well. Many of them teach other places also, bringing all of their experience to you. I couldn’t be happier with this staff of professionals. People have told me many times how much they enjoy my classes, but it is also the other way around. It’s how much I enjoy them. When I notice a person laughing and smiling during class about something said or done, what a great feeling! I challenge anyone to try it at least once. I guarantee we’ll have something to motivate you about training." Boxing is becoming a popular pastime for many people including those without championship dreams. Its appeal is spreading rapidly among men, women and children. It is one of the few sports that combine endurance exertion over an extended period of time with sudden bursts of maximal results. Boxing training combines various types of exercises that build cardiovascular fitness, strength, speed and agility. It also provides mental stimulation through exposure to new techniques, offers stress relief, teaches how to overcome fatigue and provides the exhilaration of combat. Boxing training is a phenomenal workout. In fact, a 180-pound man can burn 500 calories in an hour of boxing. Because boxing involves so many muscle groups, fewer repetitive strain injuries tend to occur than in sports that focus on a single motion, such as cycling or jogging. Boxing is a wonderful workout to develop strength and weight loss. We offer a recreational boxing Program that allows you to train without entering competitions. For those interested in competing, we enter several amateur boxing tournaments a year. The gym and the boxing coaches are registered with the US Amateur Boxing Association. Boxing is also great for self-defense building confidence. It is great for men, women and children. Our current clients are children as young as 5 years old and adults up to 70 years old.
